PEORIA HEIGHTS, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Peoria Humane Society is inviting the community and their pets to Tower Park in Peoria Heights this weekend for their biggest fundraiser of the year.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27, the 29th annual Bark in the Park is a family-friendly event bringing together pet owners for a day of games, contests, raffles, and even a pet parade.

Admission is free, but donations and raffle ticket sales go directly to helping local animals.
