The union representing full- and part-time faculty at HACC has rejected the school’s latest contract offer and may now be moving to consider a strike authorization.

In a news release Friday, Harrisburg Area Community College Education Association officials said the offer containing an immediate 9% salary increase for 2025-26 was rejected by 91% of voting members.
