TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Tempe police are on the scene for a shooting investigation and say the situation is still considered “active” Friday afternoon.

Police responded to a shooting around 3:30 p.m. at an apartment complex near Curry and Scottsdale roads , not far from Tempe Town Lake.

No other information has been released but an Arizona’s Family crew is on the way to the scene.
