Court documents accuse Lamont Howard took part in events leading to Stewart's shooting.

Howard is also being held in connection with the shooting of two other Muncie men outside a convenience store.

MUNCIE, IN — An Anderson man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on Muncie's south side.

Lamont Jaden Duane Howard, 21, was already in custody at the Delaware County Jail on Friday, Sept. 26, when court documents were issued accusing him of felony murder in the Sept. 5 shooting of Ashuntiz T. Stewart.

Stewart, 27, of Muncie, was shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 3200 block of South Walnut Street.
