Cincinnati police are investigating a homicide after a shooting in Evanston on Friday night, just blocks away from Xavier University.

Police responded to the area of Montgomery Road and Brewster Avenue around 8 p.m. Advertisement

Police blocked off part of Montgomery Road, near Brewster Avenue, while the Homicide Unit was on scene.

At this time, police have not said what happened or how many victims were reported.
