NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency ( NIA ) on Friday attached immovable properties of Tariq Ahmad Mir, a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) operative involved in supplying arms and ammunition to active members of the banned outfit in Kashmir . Mir, an associate of Pakistan-based HM member Syed Naveed Mushtaq, was arrested in April in connection with a terror-related case and was chargesheeted before the NIA court in October 2024, reported PTI. According to the NIA, the attached properties included a concrete, single-storey residential building on 780 square feet of land and a piece of land measuring eight marlas in Maldera village, Shopian district, in the form of an orchard.
