The perks are plenty, but the purpose feels missing. For India’s millennials, the job market is no longer about survival or stability, it’s about meaning. Despite 82% having access to upskilling opportunities and 89% equipped with advanced tools, just 47% believe they are given space to innovate or make a real difference. This growing “impact gap” is pushing young professionals to look beyond pay cheques and perks, toward workplaces that promise purpose.
