Northern California high school football Week 6 delivered dominant wins, nail-biting finishes, and a few surprising upsets. The Manteca Buffaloes crushed Central Catholic 49-7 to remain undefeated, while the Oak Ridge Trojans held off Granite Bay 21-14 in an SFL clash. Roseville handed Deer Valley their first loss, winning 62-8. Ripon Christian stunned Hughson 21-14, and Lincoln shut out Wheatland 33-0 in the “Battle of Highway 65.” In Woodland, Pioneer pulled off the biggest shock of the night, upsetting top-25 Sacramento High 42-40.
