Unidentified drones were sighted flying overnight above Denmark’s largest military base, reported AFP, citing officials. Officials believe that the incident is part of a series of similar sightings that they believe could be linked to a “hybrid attack."

“I can confirm that we had an incident around 8:15 pm (1815 GMT Friday) that lasted for some hours. One to two drones were observed outside and over the airbase," duty officer Simon Skelsjaer told AFP.

He said that neither the officials knew where the drone came from, nor did they take it down, adding that the matter is currently being investigated by the police, along with the military.
