CLEAR LAKE, IA – Clear Lake Bank & Trust has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by The Iowa Top Workplaces, marking the 15th year in a row the bank has received this recognition. They are one of only four businesses in Iowa to achieve this honor for 15 consecutive years, the bank announced in a press release.

The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner.
