PANOLA COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A DeBerry man is in jail after a search warrant was executed on his properties Friday, the Panola County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Sheriff’s deputies, investigators, PCT 1 and 4 constables, and the Panola County Fire Marshal executed a residential search warrant at multiple residences on County Road 3112. The sheriff’s office said this was part of an ongoing investigation for multiple offenses including aggravated robbery, burglary of a habitation, burglary of a building, multiple counts of theft of a firearm, firearm smuggling, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
