The designer took the everyday needs of the modern VVIP into consideration, pairing flip-flops with skirts made from clouds of chiffon, and accessorizing satin slip dresses with fringed loafers and ankle socks.
“I want my clothes to be recognizable not for the logos, but for the craftsmanship. You’ll see the workmanship across this whole collection is the kind I usually use for eveningwear,” said Scervino, pointing to a casual tailored jacket and trousers made from double chiffon that was printed to look like denim.
