The Boston Red Sox finally punched their tickets to the postseason with a 4-3 walk-off over the Detroit Tigers at Fenway Park. And this is an ultra-special win, because it is Boston’s first playoff appearance since 2021 and only their second in seven long years. But to reach there hasn’t been easy, of course.
