The California Turtle and Tortoise Club, Inland Empire Chapter, will hold its annual turtle and tortoise show 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 4 at the ARK Church, 1307 E. Citrus Ave., Redlands.
The show, in the church’s fellowship hall, will feature live exhibits of turtles and tortoises, plus educational displays and adoption information. There will also be raffles, a sale of baked goods and more, according to a news release.
Admission is free.
Some endangered turtles and tortoises can be found in their natural habitat in the Inland Empire and other parts of Southern California, and the show offers an opportunity to learn how to help protect their ecosystem, according to the news release.
