Former FBI Director Christopher Wray has some “explaining to do,” in response to a new Jan. 6 report stating 274 FBI agents took part in the Capitol riot, President Donald Trump said.
The agency had “274 plainclothes agents” embedded in the crowd storming the Capitol on Jan. 6, The Blaze , citing a congressional source, reported on Thursday . The source also said, “The number is not necessarily a surprise, since the FBI often embeds countersurveillance personnel at large events.”
