The New York Islanders spent a tee-rific off day with the G.O.A.T.

On Saturday, the team attended the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black Course on Long Island where they hung out with the most decorated Olympian of all-time, Michael Phelps.

Islanders forward Marc Gatcomb and defenseman Scott Mayfield posed for a picture with the Olympic swimmer, who has 28 medals, on the sidelines.

In another photo posted by the team, forward Mathew Barzal and defenseman Matthew Schaefer , the No. 1 pick at the 2025 NHL Draft, were seen cheering from the stands.

The Ryder Cup is being held at the storied New York golf course from Sept. 26-28. It is a biennial golf tournament between the best players from the United States and Europe.
