Strictly Come Dancing fans have already chosen their 2025 champion after just one live show.

The BBC dance contest made a comeback on Saturday (September 27), with Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman introducing 15 new pairs to the dance floor.

Among the seasoned contestants are Amber Davies and Lewis Cope , who fans had placed their bets on before the first show.

However, it was YouTuber George Clarke and Strictly professional Alexis Warr who captivated audiences with an American Smooth routine.

The duo's performance secured 24 points from judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Shirley Ballas, reports Wales Online .
