LA VERNE, Calif. (KABC) -- If you've been dragging to get your workouts in lately, hopefully one man's story can provide you with some motivation.
Battalion Chief Andy Glaze of the La Verne Fire Department not only answers the call of his community regularly, but also answers his own call to run as far as possible, as often as possible.
In an interview with ABC7, Glaze talked about what motivates him to consistently run 100 miles a week as an ultramarathoner.
So, how does Glaze balance having a family while being a firefighter and a long-distance runner?
