During a scramble on 3rd-and-long early in the fourth quarter, Gronowski was tackled and came up favoring his left leg.
He attempted to walk off the field but quickly fell back to the ground before being assisted to the medical tent.
Still, his scramble helped set up Drew Stevens for the go-ahead field goal from 54 yards to give Iowa a 13-10 lead.
