MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) is asking for the public's help in locating a missing elderly man.

81-year-old George Frederick Corum, Jr. is described as a 6'1" tall man, weighing 175 pounds, with brown eyes and gray balding hair. He was last seen wearing a black and grey flannel and blue jeans.

Police said Corum was last reported seen around noon on Tuesday, September 23, in the 15500 block of Baileys Lane in Silver Spring.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the MCPD non-emergency line at (301) 279-8000.
