Budgam, Sep 27: District Information Centre Budgam, in collaboration with the Cultural Unit Kashmir of the Department of Information and Public Relations J&K, and the Chief Education Officer Budgam today organized a cultural programme under the ongoing Sewa Parv theme.

As per a statement issued here, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation of school children from various institutions across the district, alongside artists from the Cultural Unit Kashmir. Through a series of thought-provoking performances including skits, songs, and cultural items, the participants highlighted various pressing social issues such as the menace of drug abuse, dowry system, importance of girl education, cleanliness under Swachhta Abhiyan, and several other themes of social importance.
