HARRISBURG, Pa. — Federal officials confirmed on Saturday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been transferred to a Clearfield County, Pa. facility.

Abrego Garcia — who was wrongfully deported to El Salvador earlier this year — was moved Friday morning to the Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Philipsburg, Pa.

The transfer follows a Sept. 19 court filing in which Abrego Garcia's counsel said that his detention at the Farmville Detention Center in Virginia made it difficult for him and his legal team to review discovery material.
