The Baltimore Ravens (1-2) visit the Kansas City Chiefs (1-2) in a Week 4 playoff preview Sunday. Kickoff from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City is at 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS). Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's NFL odds around the Ravens vs. Chiefs odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
The Ravens have had a weird start to the season, highlighted by RB Derrick Henry fumbling in 3 straight games. They fell to the Detroit Lions 38-30 as 4.5-point favorites at home last week. QB Lamar Jackson was 21-for-27 for 288 yards, 3 TDs and no INTs while running 7 times for 35 yards. King Henry rushed 12 times for 50 yards and a score. TE Mark Andrews caught all 6 targets for 91 yards and 2 scores.
The Chiefs beat the lowly New York Giants 22-9, covering as 6-point favorites last week. Don't get it twisted, though, it was a sluggish game. QB Patrick Mahomes was 22-for-37 for 224 yards, 1 TD and 0 INTs. The bright spot was the emergence of WR Tyquan Thornton, who caught 5 balls for 71 yards and a TD. TE Travis Kelce had 4 grabs for 26 yards. The game was more about the Giants' futility, though, so much so that QB Russell Wilson was benched in favor of rookie QB Jaxson Dart.

Ravens at Chiefs picks and predictions
Prediction
Ravens 30, Chiefs 20
Moneyline
It's rare to see the Chiefs as home underdogs, but that is the case Sunday. Their running game has been non-existent as Mahomes was their leading rusher before RBs Isiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt combined for 20 carries for 79 yards and a TD last week.
The one question I have with Baltimore is their entire front line of their 3-4 defense is questionable or out. Otherwise, I see them rolling. So I'm looking to the spread. If you have a No Sweat Token, I would consider LAMAR JACKSON ANYTIME TOUCHDOWN (+210). He reached the end zone in Week 1 against Buffalo and hasn't done a lot on the ground since. This is a place I look for him to run.
Against the spread
Give me the RAVENS -2.5 (-115). It's a small spread for a -150 ML favorite. The Chiefs don't have the offensive weapons to get over the hump right now.
Over/Under
The Chiefs are 1-2 O/U, and the Ravens are 3-0, scoring at least 30 in every game. They'll do it again to carry this one to the cash register.
Give me the OVER 48.5 (-110).
