Victim shot, car stolen in Eastford

EASTFORD, CT (WFSB) - A person was shot and their car was stolen on Saturday night in Eastford.

According to state police, the shooting and theft happened around 8:50 p.m.

Authorities did not clarify exactly where it happened in town.

Police said the person was hospitalized, but could not clarify their status.
