New Delhi, Sept 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated BSNL’s fully indigenous 4G stack and over 97,500 towers, emphasizing the “swadeshi spirit” and India’s journey towards self-reliance.

The initiatives, which connect over 22 million Indians, aim to boost employment and enhance telecommunication capabilities, showcasing India’s growth from dependence to confidence. In a broader context, Modi will launch development projects exceeding Rs 60,000 crore addressing telecommunications, railways, and education in Jharsuguda, Odisha.

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia noted the achievement of developing the indigenous 4G stack in just 22 months and the aim to connect 29,000-30,000 villages through India’s 100 percent 4G network.
