Shaw scored the ice-breaking goal in the first quarter before Jocelyn Anbu tacked on a pair of goals to give South Brunswick a 3-0 lead after the opening frame.
A scoreless second quarter gave way to a third quarter that saw both teams find the back of the net twice, with Shaw scoring South Brunswick’s fourth goal and assist on its fifth.
Manya Nukala scored a pair of fourth-quarter goals and assisted on two others for South Brunswick (4-6).
