Kakching, September 27 2025: The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Field Office Chandel, Imphal Region, organized a Special Outreach Programme on "Swachhata Hi Seva, 2025" at Grace Cottage Academy, Kakching, today in collaboration with Kaleidoscopic Artiste Association, Imphal.

Students, teachers, and local stakeholders participated in the programme, which emphasized the importance of a clean environment in building a healthier society.

Roni Elangbam, Academy-in-Charge, and Ibotombi Salam, Assistant Teacher of Grace Cottage Academy, attended the event as special guests.

The programme was presided over by Moirangthem Rustum, Assistant Director and Head of Office, CBC Field Office Chandel.
