Jharsuguda (Odisha) [India], September 28 (ANI): Odisha’s Higher Education Minister Suryabanshi Suraj stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working to implement the concept of a “knowledge-based economy” in Odisha. He added that this “Purvodaya” (schemes) will bring “Suryodaya” (dawn) of development in India.
