Penn State made things interesting against Oregon, forcing overtime despite a terrible offensive showing through three quarters.

But the Nittany Lions came up short in the White Out, 30-24. The boo birds and hecklers were out in full force, slamming James Franklin for another “Big Game James” loss.

Drew Allar threw a game-ending interception in double overtime to seal it, while Penn State’s defense stood tall for much of the night against an explosive offense.

6.9 — Penn State’s average distance to gain on third downs vs. Oregon. That heavily influenced a poor 6-for-15 conversion rate.
