Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left speechless after one routine on Saturday night

Strictly Come Dancing has returned to our screens with the live shows launching this weekend (September 27) and the inaugural scores forming the leaderboard. ‌

One participant, however, stunned viewers as former Lioness Karen Carney left the panel speechless following her Jive performance with professional dance partner Carlos Gu. ‌

The ex-footballer amazed fans and judges alike, with presenter Tess Daly left wondering, "What just happened," after the spectacular routine secured Karen the top position. ‌

Concluding the evening on a high note, Karen wrapped up the show by earning a whopping 31 points from the judging panel.
