SEATTLE (WCMH) -- The Huskies' 22-game home win streak is no more. And Ohio State's aspirations to make the Big Ten championship game just got a big boost after five weeks of the season.
The Buckeyes' 24-6 win over previously unbeaten Washington showed how the team can handle a hostile environment while also illustrating some other aspects of its game to improve on moving forward.
"We just gotta grow. I think it's a great reference point to come into a stadium like this. This is a great environment. I thought the fans on their end were loud and showed up in a big way," coach Ryan Day said. "We got a long season ahead of us. I think there's confidence right now. And that's the most important thing I think for young players. And now I think we can start to say that they're not inexperience
