The Cardinals will conclude their season Sunday with something they've rarely done this season: a bullpen game, just the third game all season started by a pitcher who's not a regular rotation member.

Right-hander Kyle Leahy (4-2, 3.18 ERA) will start as the Cardinals and Cubs end the regular season starting at 2:20 p.m. Sunday at Wrigley Field.

Leahy will be just the eighth different pitcher to start a game for the Cardinals this season. He's just the second member of the bullpen to start. Steven Matz opened a couple earlier in the season, the only other irregular starter.

Erick Fedde began the season in the rotation and Michael McGreevy claimed his spot after ineffectiveness forced the team to designate Fedde for assignment.
