OROVILLE, Calif. - The Oroville Hospital tower project, which began in 2019, remains unopened six years later, leaving the community frustrated and confused.

In April 2025, Oroville Hospital officials announced that work on the tower had been completed in March, but its opening was delayed due to pending state approvals.

People in the community have voiced their frustration and concerns over the delay, as they eagerly anticipated the new building.
