The Seattle Mariners recalled utilityman Miles Mastrobuoni from Triple-A Tacoma ahead of Sunday afternoon’s regular-season finale against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Mastrobuoni will start in center field and bat ninth for the M’s.

In a corresponding move, Seattle optioned right-handed pitcher Logan Evans to the Arizona Complex League. Evans returned on Saturday from a six-week stint on the injured list , allowing one run and two hits in three innings of relief in the Mariners’ 5-3 loss to the Dodgers .
