There were seven offenders living in Fulton County who were released on parole during the second quarter of 2025, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Peoria Standard.
Of the parolees, six were men and one was a woman, with a median age of 40. The youngest parolee was a 33-year-old man sentenced for a crime against a person in 2024, and the oldest was a 45-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2023.
The offender incarcerated the longest was Zachary J. Hart. He was convicted of a crime against justice in 2023 when he was 38 years old. He is now 41.
