DETROIT -- After a tough start, the Detroit Lions and their defense are back to controlling the game.

Detroit heads into halftime with a 20-7 lead over the Cleveland Browns in Week 4.

The Lions shocked their own fans by punting on a fourth-and-3 from near midfield to open the game. But the logic from coach Dan Campbell was sound, especially with punter Jack Fox pinning Cleveland’s offense at its own 12-yard line.

However, the Browns and veteran quarterback Joe Flacco went down the field with relative ease to score on their first drive.
