Strictly Come Dancing's Thomas Skinner has reportedly brought in Tom Holland's former bodyguard following a string of death threats against him.

Ex-Royal Marine Daniel Gilbert was spotted alongside the former The Apprentice contestant at Kempton Park Racecourse in Surrey during filming for the forthcoming Saturday programme.

Daniel maintained vigilant surveillance over Thomas and his dancing partner Amy Dowden as they recorded sequences at a market stall.

Daniel has previously offered protection to numerous A-list celebrities including Spider-Man star Tom Holland at a pro-am golf event in Surrey last year.
