East Midlands Airport (EMA) has unveiled an upgraded autumn walking route following a £60,000 investment. The improvements have been carried out to celebrate the airport's 60th anniversary and make the trail the perfect walk for both nature lovers and aviation enthusiasts.
The six-mile trail takes people around the airport's perimeter and provides access to country walks and vantage points. The funding for the improvements was approved by members of the EMA Community Fund’s independent Committee.
