Governor of Uttar Pradesh and former Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel visited the famous Khodaldham temple at Kagvad in Rajkot district on Sunday. The UP Governor was also accompanied by her daughter Anar Patel, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Chairman of Khodaldham Trust Naresh Patel. The UP Governor offered prayers at the temple and received information about social and educational activities being carried out by the trust. During her visit, Anandiben also hoisted a flag on the ‘shikhar’ of the temple. Khodaldham Trust is a noted socio-religious organisation of Patidar community in Gujarat and Anandiben’s daughter Anar is one of its trustees.
