More than two days after his arrest , Des Moines Public School officials say they are still "seeking the facts" about Superintendent Ian Roberts ' immigration status and the details surrounding his ICE detainment.

We don't exactly know. Des Moines school district officials and an Iowa congressman are pushing for more information, after Roberts' arrest on Friday. Federal immigration authorities say, at the time of his arrest, Roberts was working as a superintendent "despite being an illegal alien with a final order of removal and no work authorization."
