(NEXSTAR) - Saturday was a day of dominance for Brandon Jones of Joe Gibbs Racing, who took the #20 car from pole position all the way to victory lane at the Kansas Lottery 300.

A clean first stage saw a lot of cars choosing the lower line at Kansas Speedway. Justin Allgaier took the lead from Brandon Jones to take a stage one victory.

Jeff Burton spun out at the start of stage two, bringing out the caution flag. Coming out of pit road, season champion Connor Zilisch took the lead, but ultimately Allgaier took the second stage victory as well, with Brandon Jones in second.

In stage three with 38 laps to go, Nick Sanchez drifted up the track out of turn two and made contact with Justin Bonsignore, sending him into the inside wall.
