Syracuse, N.Y. — The 33rd annual Westcott Street Cultural Fair took place Sunday, bringing together neighborhood residents and community members for a lively afternoon of art, live music and neighborhood pride.

A parade kicked things off and noon and the streets were decorated with lanterns and paper suns and flowers. Fairgoers browsed the 149 vendors who were selling wide varieties of food and handmade items, including pottery, soap, glasswork, jewelry, art prints and more.
