Three people have been charged with murder over the death of a Perth man whose disappearance sparked an extensive police operation across the city.

Police had been investigating what they called the "suspicious disappearance" of 33-year-old Jayden Stewart Selfe.

Investigators said last week they held grave concerns for his welfare.

On Monday, Police said Mr Selfe's body was found after extensive searches, including at a residential property on Money Road in Attadale and in bushland north-east of Wanneroo.

Mr Selfe's body was found within the bushland search area, they said.

A 42-year-old man from Banksia Grove, along with a 40-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman from Attadale, have all been charged with one count of murder.
