The Timmins Majors doubled up the North Bay U16 Trappers 4-2 at the McIntyre Arena Sunday afternoon, to improve to 4-0-0-0 to start their 2025-26 Great North U18 League campaign.
It came on the heels of a 6-2 triumph over the U16 Trappers at the McIntyre Arena, Saturday night.
Majors coach Shawn McArthur is happy with the way his squad has started the season, but admitted there is still a little room for improvement.
“It is pretty hard to complain when you go 4-0-0-0 to start the season, but from a process perspective, there is still a lot we need to work on,” he said.
“I think you probably have to go back to 2002 to find the last Majors team that started the season 4-0-0-0.”
