ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Fans didn't miss the opportunity to tailgate Sunday, when the Buffalo Bills had their first 1 p.m. home game of the season.
In fact, fans were there early Sunday morning, ready to celebrate as the Bills attempted to start a season 4-0 for the first time since 2020. Spoiler: they did, beating the New Orleans Saints 31-19 at Highmark Stadium.
One group of fans traveled all the way from Arizona to honor their family member and former Bills general manager Patrick McGroder. Another fan was attending his first Bills game on a day where he turned 7 years old.
The Orchard Park marching band made a special appearance outside the stadium.
