A seven-building medical office campus in South Jersey has changed hands for $6.7 million, according to commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap .

Chews Landing Commons, located at 1365-1403 Chews Landing Road in Clementon in Camden County, was sold on Sept. 22 by Chews Landing LLC in a deal brokered by Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office.

The property spans 44,500 square feet across 6.1 acres and the office space is currently 96% occupied.

Its tenant roster includes healthcare providers such as NovaCare Rehabilitation Center, Victory Bay Recovery Center and Harmony Bay Wellness.

Brent Hyldahl, managing director investments at Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office and Alan Cafiero, senior managing director investments, represented the seller in the transaction.
