Las Vegas Lights FC had to postpone its match with Riverhounds SC for a day because of travel problems getting out of Harry Reid International Airport.

While the players showed up for Sunday’s match they may have left their game in the desert.

Augi Williams scored the only goal of the match on a penalty kick at 29:48 of the first half and backup goalkeeper Jacob Randolph posted his first clean sheet in USL Championship action as the Riverhounds (10-9-7) posted a much-needed 1-0 victory against the Western Conference basement-dwelling Lights (6-13-7) in a rare Sunday night match at Highmark Stadium. It was the third victory in their past four matches for the Riverhounds, who are closing in on a USL Championship playoff spot.
