KULA (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Maui Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teen.

Jacob Pescador, 15, of Kula, was last seen by a family member when they dropped him off at King Kekaulike School on Friday.

Pescador was last heard from by his family on Friday at around 10 p.m. when he called and asked to stay at a friend’s home. He was not given permission and did not return home.

Police said that several attempts were made to reach out to Pescador by phone, but he is not answering his phone. He does not have a vehicle.

Pescador is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a gray-colored Nike brand jacket and pants.
