Thoubal, September 28 2025: The PrePrimary Montessori Rhymes Teachers Training Centre, run by the Institute for Research and Development Alternatives (IRDA), Thoubal Okram, celebrated its 4th Convocation at the Seminar Hall of Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School.

The convocation event was attended by ZEO Zone-III Thoubal, Assistant Inspector of Schools, Thoudam Brojen (MES) as chief guest; Assistant Professor at IIE Canchipur, Dr Akoijam Pete Meitei as functional president; former VC of DMU and Professor of Physical Chemistry at Manipur University, Rajmuhon Singh as special guest; and Child Development Project Officer, Thoubal Th Romita Devi and Adult Continuing Education and Extension Dept of MU, Asst Professor Dr Chanam Sonia Devi as guests of honour.
