Western Force fly-half Ben Donaldson is focusing on the positives after his exclusion from the Wallabies’ Bledisloe Cup squad as he looks to turn his on-field fortunes around.

The 2024 Nathan Sharpe Medalist has opened up on the frustrations of the past month, which saw him injure an adductor on the eve of the Wallabies’ drought-breaking, comeback win over South Africa at Ellis Park in August.

Donaldson played his first full 80 minutes back from injury in their 47-22 Super Rugby AUS loss to Queensland Reds on Sunday and is relishing the chance to help the Force to silverware in the off-season competition’s grand final this weekend.
